Puppies turn 4 weeks old today!

It’s amazing how quickly puppies grow and change with each day bringing something new.  Every minute with them is pure joy.  With so much movement and indoor conditions, photos are becoming more of a challenge…but here’s what we managed to get for today.

Day 31: July 7

Many thanks to the Farrah family who were so gracious in letting us invade their home for a weekend of full on puppy socialization!  Puppies were introduced to an entirely new environment that included the sounds of a typical suburb (mowing, leaf blowing) and several new substrates (pea gravel, wet grass, bark, tile and concrete, both wet and dry).  This wonderful space also gave us the necessary geography to introduce puppies to new adult dogs – our newf, Koda and their one year old half-sisters Billie Jean and Shasta.  There were a few other bonus’ as well – including a wagon ride and the smells of a kitty cat in the home.  The time and space gave us room for photo and video, and we hope you’ll enjoy them.
